We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and financing options like CareCredit. Plus, we’re here to help you maximize your dental benefits.

- 2 Oral evaluations per year
- 2 Cleanings per year
- 2 Fluoride applications per year
- 15-20% off necessary treatments
Annual Membership Fee: $199
For kids 3 and older
- 2 Cleanings per year
- 2 Fluoride applications per year
- Yearly X-rays
- Comprehensive X-rays (every 3 years)
- 20% off oral surgery, fillings, sealants
- 15% OFF: Crowns, Root Canal Therapy, and other Major Dental Treatments
Annual Membership Fees:
- 1 Member: $369
- 2 Members: $355/kid
- 3 Members: $335/kid
- 4 Members: $320/kid
Terms & Conditions
- Membership fees must be paid in full before benefits or discounts apply
- Co-payments are due at the time of service, and some cases may require a deposit
- CareCredit payments reduce discounts by 5%
- This plan cannot be combined with other offers or insurance and may be terminated for non-payment or abuse
- Terms are subject to annual changes
