Rinse with warm water and check for food stuck between teeth. A cold compress can help, but if pain or swelling continues, call us for a same-day appointment!
Is fluoride safe for kids?
Yes! It strengthens teeth and prevents cavities. Use a tiny smear of fluoride toothpaste for kids under 3 and a pea-sized amount for older kids.
What are dental sealants?
A protective coating on back teeth that helps prevent cavities—quick, easy, and pain-free!
